Role Summary:
Manage the full client lifecycle from onboarding to retention while providing multi-channel support, guiding clients on financial obligations, and identifying opportunities to upsell services. You’ll collaborate across teams and play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a portfolio of clients
- Build strong relationships and drive product adoption
- Provide support via phone, email, video & chat
- Guide clients on HMRC & Companies House requirements
- Resolve complex issues and maintain compliance records
- Identify upsell opportunities and encourage referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams and improve support resources
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or customer success
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Soft-selling and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate IT skills (MS Office/Google Suite)
- Multi-channel communication experience
Bonus (Desirable):
- CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience improving processes or client service delivery
