Role Summary:
Create and scale short-form content across platforms while leveraging AI tools to optimize performance, increase engagement, and drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram & LinkedIn
- Write compelling hooks, captions, and scripts
- Design visuals using Canva
- Repurpose content across platforms for maximum reach
- Drive traffic to landing pages for lead generation
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, CapCut) to boost productivity
- Track performance (views, engagement, leads)
- Test and optimize new content ideas weekly
Requirements:
- Based in Nigeria
- Experience creating engaging/viral content
- Basic knowledge of marketing and lead generation
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut & ChatGPT
- Self-driven, consistent, and able to work independently
Bonus (Desirable):
- Undergraduate degree
- 2+ years in content, marketing, or growth roles
