Role Summary:
Own and nurture client relationships end-to-end supporting onboarding, driving engagement, and identifying growth opportunities to ensure clients get maximum value from their branded stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with assigned client accounts
- Respond to client queries via email in a professional, friendly manner
- Suggest campaigns, product ideas, and seasonal promotions
- Support onboarding and ensure smooth store adoption
- Develop outreach strategies to boost engagement
- Coordinate internally to resolve issues efficiently
- Build trust and long-term client satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members, with potential people management exposure
Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills
- Proactive, self-starter mindset
- Highly organised with strong time management
- Commercial awareness and ability to spot upsell opportunities
- Passion for client interaction and relationship building
Bonus (Desirable):
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- Experience coordinating or managing others
