Fleetworthy is looking for a data-driven Sales Operations Specialist to join their Revenue Operations team. This role is ideal for a Salesforce expert who thrives on optimizing systems, improving data quality, and leveraging automation/AI to drive smarter sales processes.

Role Summary:

Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM systems, improve data integrity, and build scalable workflows that boost sales productivity and operational efficiency across a modern GTM tech stack.

Location: Remote (Global)
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time
Salary: Competitive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead CRM data hygiene, governance, and lifecycle management
  • Optimize Salesforce workflows, automations, and user experience
  • Identify and implement AI-driven improvements for sales processes
  • Build dashboards and reports for pipeline, KPIs, and performance tracking
  • Support BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and SQL-based data analysis
  • Manage integrations, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure clean data flow
  • Drive RevOps projects, documentation, and process improvements
  • Support onboarding, training, and enablement initiatives

Requirement:

  • 3+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations
  • 3+ years Salesforce Admin experience (flows, dashboards, security, etc.)
  • Strong SQL skills and data analysis capability
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivots, visualization)
  • Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Clay)
  • Knowledge of system integrations (APIs, data mapping, workflows)
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Bonus (Preferred):

  • Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud or Service Cloud
  • Familiarity with tools like DocuSign or LinkSquares
  • BI/reporting experience (Power BI or similar)
