Role Summary:
Monitor real-time transactions, detect fraudulent activity, and take swift action to protect platform integrity and profitability. You’ll work closely with compliance, payments, and finance teams to identify risks and strengthen anti-fraud systems.
Location: Remote (Worldwide)
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time (Shift-based)
Salary: Competitive
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor deposits and withdrawals using anti-fraud tools
- Detect suspicious patterns (AML, ATO, carding, bonus abuse)
- Analyze player behavior to identify fraud rings
- Take immediate risk actions (account freezes, transaction holds)
- Conduct KYC & enhanced due diligence checks
- Manage chargebacks and fraud-related tickets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on investigations
- Document cases and suggest process improvements
Requirement:
- 1+ year experience in fraud, risk operations, or financial crime monitoring
- Strong understanding of payment systems (cards, e-wallets, chargebacks)
- Ability to make fast, accurate decisions under pressure
- Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts (4/2 schedule)
- Intermediate English (B1+)
- Native Ukrainian or Russian
Bonus (Preferred):
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Familiarity with fraud detection tools (SEON, Sift, Accertify)
- Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis
