Role Summary:
Lead complex analytics projects by aggregating and analyzing marketing data from multiple sources. You’ll deliver actionable insights, build dashboards, and support strategic decisions that optimize performance and drive business growth.
Location: Remote
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: $175,000 – $240,000/year
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead advanced analytics and reporting projects across teams
- Aggregate and analyze multi-source marketing data
- Build dashboards, metrics, and automated reporting systems
- Translate data into insights and actionable recommendations
- Conduct root cause analysis and identify business trends
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data quality and availability
- Present insights through data storytelling and visualization
- Mentor team members and support stakeholder decision-making
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 2+ years experience in data analytics, BI, or reporting
- Strong SQL and Excel skills for data analysis
- Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
Bonus (Desirable):
- Experience with Python or R for data modeling
- Familiarity with Generative AI in marketing analytics
- Experience with large-scale data tools and services
