Role Summary:
Coordinate logistics and project execution for wind farm inspections, ensuring smooth service delivery while supporting cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Location: Remote (UK/EU-based)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000/year
Note: Weekend availability required
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inspection service delivery and technician deployment
- Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and project execution
- Maintain project management tools and daily updates
- Prepare reports and communicate with stakeholders
- Support team members and handle administrative tasks
- Provide weekend project support and emergency assistance
Requirement:
- Experience in operations, logistics, or similar roles
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage changing priorities and fast-paced workflows
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic
- Fluent in English
Bonus (Desirable):
- Experience in renewable energy or wind industry
- Knowledge of logistics, process control, or metrics tracking
- Exposure to international projects or clients
- Degree in operations, logistics, or project management
- Knowledge of drones, aviation, or marine logistics
- Additional languages (German or Spanish)
- Health & safety certifications (e.g., IOSH)
