Swvl, a global leader in tech-driven mobility solutions, is looking for a results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive outbound sales and expand its U.S. client base across enterprises, schools, and government organizations.

Role Summary:

Own outbound sales efforts—from lead generation to pipeline management—while presenting innovative transportation solutions to prospective clients. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth and market expansion.

Location: Remote (U.S.-based | HQ: Austin, TX)
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to $50,000/year + uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound campaigns (email, phone, social media)
  • Identify and qualify leads through cold outreach and networking
  • Manage pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs
  • Present tailored solutions and support deal progression
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams

Requirement:

  • 3+ years B2B outbound sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven success in lead generation and hitting sales targets
  • Strong CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities

Bonus (Desirable):

  • 4+ years B2B sales experience
  • Background in transportation or logistics
