Role Summary:

Coordinate logistics and project execution for wind farm inspections, ensuring smooth service delivery while supporting cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote (UK/EU-based)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000/year
Note: Weekend availability required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inspection service delivery and technician deployment
  • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and project execution
  • Maintain project management tools and daily updates
  • Prepare reports and communicate with stakeholders
  • Support team members and handle administrative tasks
  • Provide weekend project support and emergency assistance

Requirement:

  • Experience in operations, logistics, or similar roles
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and fast-paced workflows
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic
  • Fluent in English

Bonus (Desirable):

  • Experience in renewable energy or wind industry
  • Knowledge of logistics, process control, or metrics tracking
  • Exposure to international projects or clients
  • Degree in operations, logistics, or project management
  • Knowledge of drones, aviation, or marine logistics
  • Additional languages (German or Spanish)
  • Health & safety certifications (e.g., IOSH)
